This current collection of cartoons (320 in total) relates to the psychotherapeutic and psychoanalytic dialogue. Here is a selection of the images, complete with slips of the pen and my reflections. In this sense they are authentic and immediate in nature.

 

Neither the patient nor the psychiatrist escapes the probing pen of the cartoonist, for in truth we are all on the same page and have the same human anxieties and vulnerabilities. In this sense it is only by chance that one seeks treatment from another who in their own particular way strives to be of help

 

It is this I seek to represent here by way of caricature and wry comment.

 

 It is my hope that it might touch something and all of us.
